Ayanda holds a master’s in business administration, a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours, a BCom in Financial Management, a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting and a National Certificate in Financial Management. She has 17 years of experience working as an accountant in government, private and non-profit organizations.

Ayanda’s professional role over the years include being a senior accountant leading the finance, payroll and admin departments. Her major responsibilities include but not limited to financial operations, management of accounts, budgeting, cash flow management, auditing and compliance. She has been involved in the monitoring and evaluation of all projects to ensure there is an accountability. Because of the M&E experience, a constant change on the How we do things in finance in order to meet the organizational goals and objectives.

Ayanda has worked and managed donor contracts with government departments, corporates and international organizations. Using the monitoring and evaluation system to make sure the objectives of the organizations are met. Being involved mostly in the development of the processes in order to align the finance department with the objectives and goals of the organization.

Ayanda loves to give coaching to young adults. She is the leader of the young adults at church using ABC concept which means always be Ambitious, be Bold and be a person of Character!
