Furthermore, she believes that training in development is an integral component of pro bono and thus she has successfully completed a course focussed on training and development through UCT GetSmarter. Tash has a particular interest in the pursuit of access to justice for all, matters involving socio- economic rights issues, as well as the foregrounding of the social aspect of ESG. She is committed to foregrounding the rights of vulnerable individuals, in particular women and children, and playing an active role in shaping a world characterised by equality.
Tash is a mom to a young daughter, Mila, and believes wholeheartedly in the pursuit of dismantling structures which exclude women. She hopes that in her lifetime the proverbial “glass ceiling” will finally be a relic of the past. When she finds time to rest, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially over some ethically sourced coffee!
