Sophie Ndhlovu joined ISLA in December 2015 coming from Tshwane Leadership Foundation previously known as PCM where she held several positions, Office Manager and Events Coordinator. The highlight of her organising skill is the annual community festival which was co-hosted with the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality and coordinating a month-long public viewing activities for the 2010 World Cup.

She also worked for CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation as an Events, Fundraising and Relationship Coordinator until she joined ISLA as the Programmes Coordinator, supporting the thematic lead lawyers and the network coordinators across the various programmes; she is now the Senior Operations Coordinator.

 Sophie holds a Diploma in Psychology: General, Developmental, and Industrial. She is pursuing further studies in Psychology and studying Theology.
