We have partnered with the Community Law Centre, University of the Western Cape, to jointly convene a workshop focusing on the two general recommendations recently adopted by the African Commission. The workshop aims to facilitate a conversation based on the content of the general recommendations with the aim of encouraging strategic litigation.
